If You wish to cease contact with us and to stop receiving information from us, You must close this and other pages from this website. If You have already provided us with Your personal information and You want to opt out from any further communications (and rescind Your information from our database and lists), You may contact us directly and relay the request. Contact us by sending an email to cs@exprebucs.com or via another form of contact indicated on the Site. After Your request is processed, Your personal information will be removed from the Website’s database. Once Your information has been taken out of the database, we guarantee that it will not be further shared with any third party, used in any secondary purposes, or used in marketing endeavors. However, since Your personal information has already been disclosed to third party marketers, we cannot control the communication that is sent to You from these parties. In order to remove Your information from their marketing databases, You should contact the marketers directly.

PII Usage and Credit Implication

The information that is disclosed to our vendors may be used in order to verify Your identity (for instance, via driver’s license number or SSN). The information can also verify Your information when compared to national databases. Furthermore, the vendors that we are under contract with might need to proceed with credit verification and request a credit report from credit organizations by using Your PII. These organizations include but are not limited to the biggest credit bureaus. This activity is used in order to determine Your level of credibility and the risks inherent to providing You with credit products. Requesting Credit reports may decrease Your credit score. If You decide to continue using the Site and You submit Your information to the Website’s online form, You are giving Your express agreement to have Your information verified and Your credit checked in compliance with these third party lenders’ legal documents that are used to regulate their communication and practices with You.

Telemarketing and Emails

If You agree to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy document, You agree that we (and the third party marketers and lenders with whom Your information is disclosed) may utilize Your PII for advertisements – including (but not limited to) telemarketing and email advertising.

Your PII may be used for communication, both indirect and direct – including (but not limited to) assistance calls, telemarketing calls, and service/credit product offers via the phone number that You provided in the Website’s online for. We, in addition to third party marketers and lenders, can use this telephone number even if it is listed on any federal, corporate, or state Do-Not-Contact registry, a suppression list, or similar databases. Because You have turned in the information via an online form in attempt to fulfill a purchase or receive a service, Your request’s application and processing will be performed according to the regulations outlined by the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (ATSR), 16 CFR §310. Under the ATSR, even if Your phone number is on FTC’s Do-Not-Call List, we may still get in contact with You via telemarketing because of Your freely given consent.

Because Your request for the Website’s services and to third party marketers is considered to be an attempt at making a purchase, the ATSR authorizes these third party marketers to contact You with telemarketing.

By providing Your consent to use the Site and by giving Your information in order to use our services, You are confirming that You are at least of the age of 18. Furthermore, You confirm that You are legally able to use and own a mobile device. You agree that You fully understand the possible monetary charges that may come with Your participating in any telemarketing activities. Your mobile device’s service provider might also obtain Your information. The interaction and processes with Your device’s service provider are regulated by legal documents put forth by these organizations. Such documents are not related to this Privacy Policy, nor are they connected to any other of this Website’s regulating documents.

How We Collect NPII

If You opt-in to use the services of the Website or those of contracted third party marketers and lenders, You could be subject to cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, web server logs, and browser analysis tools. These small pieces of code are used to record and monitor Your Internet activity – for instance, Your geolocation, IP address, browsing and click history, language preferences, online behavior, OS, and browser settings. All of the aforementioned data is considered to be NPII (non-personally identifiable information). NPII is gathered and stored to customize Your online experience.

Cookies

Cookies are small, unique files that are assigned to Website users by the Site server. The assignment happens when the users visit and fulfill activities (linking, clicking, etc.) on the Website. When the cookies are installed on Your computer, they collect data about Your online behavior and browsing habits, and send it to us – as well as to third parties that are permitted to collect this data. Cookies use user recognition in order to analyze Your preferences and modify Your services accordingly. Cookies are also able to prevent security breaches by detecting fraudulent and malicious activity.

Temporary and permanent cookies are of different size and longevity. Temporary (or session) cookies are utilized for a unique Website operation and are thereafter erased once the User closes out the Site or the web browser. Permanent cookies are stored for a longer period of time, and they remain in place after the User leaves the Website or shuts the web browser. You can access Your web browser’s options in order to manually set Your cookies preferences. If You consider it to be necessary, You can delete Your cookies.

Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

Web beacons and pixel tags are placed on applications in order to monitor user activity. Such features record the user’s session activity and, thus, enable the Website/Applications to adjust and improve their promotions and marketing campaigns to better meet the User’s needs. You can find more information about beacons here: www.webopedia.com/TERM/W/Web_beacon.html.

Log Files

Log files are files that are collected and that store information regarding Your IP address, ISP, browser and platform type, date/time data, click records, exiting and referring pages, and so on. Such files are used to improve Your Website experience.

Privacy Management

We have established different practices for using Your information in order to effectively manage privacy. Besides techniques that are used to improve Your Website experience, we provide You with the options necessary to place limits on the amount of information You share with us. We also make it possible for You to rescind Your information from the Website’s records upon request.

If You do not wish for Your NPII information to be obtained, saved, disclosed, or used, You should immediately exit the Site. However, it is possible that tracing files such as cookies and beacons are installed automatically. To delete these cookies, adjust Your settings, accept or reject future cookies, and remove cookies from Your computer altogether, You will need to access Your browser’s option page and change Your preferences accordingly.

Because Do-No-Track protocol has not yet been established, our privacy management and information security procedures are aligned with this Privacy Policy and related Website documents, despite any flags from Do-Not-Track activity. [If You would like to opt out from sharing Your NPII with specific third parties s You will need to email us at cs@exprebucs.com ]

Alternatively, You can opt out from online tracking of Your behavior by unsubscribing from third party marketers’ email lists via the unsubscribe links/buttons.

PII Security

The website obtains, saves, discloses, and uses Your PII under strict compliance with privacy and security protection practices. We protect Your PII and all activities performed on our Website from all attempts of fraud, malicious activity, unauthorized usage, and other dangerous web practices. We use physical, electronic, and managerial tactics to provide all Website users with protection against the loss, unauthorized modification, misuse, and destruction of any User information.

We limit the access that anybody could receive to Your PII. Your PII is shared only with parties that have been outlined in this Privacy Policy and other regulative Website documents – and for parties that are authorized under relevant laws. Inside the company, only authorized users are able to access Your PII. Your PII is never used publicly. Every party and employee that has access to Your information is obligated to provide as much protection and security as is reasonably possible. There are disciplinary actions set in place for non-compliance.

However, no Website can guarantee that Your web experience will be completely secure with absolutely no violation taking place. The Website’s owner cannot take responsibility for security breaches, illegal activities, and modified or stolen data that takes place outside of the owner’s control. If You would like to guarantee that Your information is protected from any outside malicious activity, You may submit a request to rescind Your data from any database or listing that You believe is insecure. Third party marketers who are authorized to receive Your PII are responsible under contract to protect Your data as much as is reasonably feasible. We use multiple methods to verify that our partners are diligently upholding their information security procedures. If there is a violation that takes place, any relevant regulations and laws are carried out to manage the situation and to prevent potential negative consequences.

Collection Information From Children

The Website shall never voluntarily collect information from children who are under 18 years as age, as it is strictly banned. The Site uses filters to detect if somebody under the legal age is attempting to provide the Website with information. If we detect that PII received belongs to somebody under the age of 18, we will delete the information immediately. We comply with the Children’s Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and thus do not voluntarily obtain, save, disclose, or use PII belonging to users younger than 18.

E-consent

As outlined under the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, Users who provide their consent and e-sign any electronic documents thereby express their agreement to receive disclosures, documents, and notifications in e-format. They also agree to provide information through electronic methods and allow this information to be shared in accordance with the Application Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and other regulatory documents, When a User send the Website information, they are giving consent to receive e-disclosures, e-notifications, and e-documents in addition to the Website’s directly provided information and third party marketing and lending e-communications. Any e-communications received after You have given Your e-consent is considered to have the same force and effect of “in writing” documents. The copy of what You have submitted should be printed for Your records.

We, in addition to our third party marketers under contract, reserve the right to end the e-documentation, e-notification, and other e-communication provisions. In such cases, Users may receive prior notification regarding the termination as outlined by relevant laws and regulations, Policies and Terms documents, and business relationship regulations. The hard copies of e-documents are not required to be stored or produced in order to reduce expenses. All e-records, e-disclosures, and e-documents are destroyed in accordance with procedural practices and the routine schedule that are determined by regulatory requirements. Any e-records can be recognized as evidence to validate agreements, obligations, and rights that are related to the parties bound by those e-documents’ provisions. The time required for validating and providing e-communications, as well as the legal force of such, may differ.

Links to Third Party Websites

The Site contains hyperlinks to third party websites, and possibly to third party marketer websites. Since the Site provides a matching service, it can connect its Users to vendors with links.
